At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
